Hi Nikki!
Welcome to planDisney! I know with things returning to some normalcy, more and more Americans are excited to begin traveling again. To keep the theme parks as safe as possible, Disney is limiting the capacity in the parks with the
Disney Park Pass Reservation System. Traveling to the
Walt Disney World Resort this summer is becoming popular with Park Pass Reservations filling weeks to months in advance. There are separate pools of reservations available to Annual Passholders, Disney Resort Guests, and Day Guests with theme park tickets. As an Annual Passholder myself, I can see that there
is currently greater availability for Annual Passholders in May than for other Resort and Day Guests. You should be able to sign in to your My Disney Experience Account and make Park Pass Reservations with your Annual Pass.
If you are struggling, there are a few things that may be an issue. If you have a Disney Resort Collection stay booked, you should be able to book Park Pass Reservations for your entire length of stay i
f those days have availability. If you do not have a resort reservation, Annual Passholders may only hold a maximum of 3 Park Pass Reservations at a time. The other issue could be who you are trying to book. You didn’t mention if the rest of your party were Annual Passholders. If they are
not Passholders, and you are trying to book them and you at the same time, you will not be able to proceed as not everyone in the party has the same eligibility. You would need to only select the Annual Passholders in your group and then proceed to make your Park Pass Reservations. You cannot “carry” a non-Passholder Guest with you to book a Park Pass Reservation from the Passholder allotment.
Nikki, if you are continuing to struggle to make Park Pass Reservations, all of the above circumstances are in order, and you feel this may be a glitch, you should
call the amazing Cast Members at Tech Support. Every once in a while Stitch makes a mess of things and expert help is needed.
I hope you can get the situation worked out quickly, and that you can secure the desired Park Pass Reservations. If the issue is availability, I would continue to check the
Theme Park Availability Calendar daily in case more days open up, or consider adding a
Park Hopper Option to your other party members' Theme Park Tickets. This would allow you to visit the park you can secure a reservation for in the morning, then hop to a different park in the afternoon. While hopping is not guaranteed, to date, hopping has not been an issue for Guests.
Please let me know if there are any additional questions I can help you with, Nikki! Sending you pixie dust for those reservations!
