Hey there, Barbara!
Welcome to planDisney and welcome back to another magical year as an
Annual Passholder. I'm enjoying my second year of
Passholder perks and I'm happy to help.
I took a look at the
admission calendar and saw that Saturday, September 28, 2024, is a blockout date for those with Disney Pixie Dust Passes. This pass tier is available exclusively to Florida residents but only offers Monday-Friday visits most weeks, with some additional blockout dates during holidays and peak seasons. If this is the pass type you renewed into, you would not be able to make a
theme park reservation that day. If you have a different Annual Pass type you might also be blocked from making reservations based on the number you are currently holding.
Disney Incredi-Pass and Disney Sorcerer Pass both allow up to 5 theme park reservations to be held at one time, while Disney Pirate Pass allows 4 and Disney Pixie Dust Pass only allows 3. If you already have the maximum number of theme park reservations scheduled for your pass type, you won't be able to make an additional reservation until you use one of the scheduled days.
If you are not a Disney Pixie Dust Passholder and you have not reached the maximum number of theme park reservations allotted, I recommend contacting
V.I.Passholder Support for further assistance. They will be able to review your account and answer any questions about the reservation process. Sometimes a technical glitch occurs, but I'm hopeful they will be able to troubleshoot any issues.
Barbara, I hope you'll be on your way to a magical day just as soon as possible. If we can answer more questions as you prepare for your next visit please come back and let us know.
Magic and memories,
Amy
