I am so excited to help a fellow Annual Passholder start experiencing the power of pixie-dusted visits throughout the year. We enjoy using our Annual Pass to spread the magic through each new season.
Good news! As long as the Annual Pass has not been used yet, you should be able to reassign it to the correct person through
My Disney Experience. Once you have logged into My Disney Experience, then click on
My Reservations. You should then be able to see the pass under the "Paperless Ticket" section, and there will be a link to "Reassign Ticket." At this point, you can simply scroll through
My Friends & Family List to find the correct person, you!
If you have difficulty at any point in this process, I would recommend calling to get assistance from a
Cast Member. Did you know that Annual Passholders have a unique
phone number to contact for assistance? Additionally, you can also visit a
Guest Relations desk in person at one of the theme parks or
Disney Springs if you need additional guidance.
