Ahoy, Casey!
Last October, my husband and I took a back to back cruise on the Disney Magic. We sailed on a 7-Night cruise to the Southern Caribbean from San Juan and then on a 3-Night cruise from San Juan to Port Canaveral. We loved being just adults on a Disney cruise. We participated in mixology classes (these usually run about $20 per person) and I visited the
Senses Spa for a massage.
Since your nightly meals in the main dining rooms are included in your cruise fare, you only really need to worry about dinner expenses if you plan to dine in the adult exclusive restaurants, Palo or Remy. I highly recommend trying brunch at
Palo (this runs about $30 per person plus gratuity), it is one of my favorite meals on every Disney Cruise Line vacation! If you decide to try it, definitely order the grape and gorgonzola pizza...yum!
There are nightly adult activities in the clubs. These activities are free and often very entertaining. There are also fun things listed throughout the day on the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App. One of my favorites is "Disney Tune Trivia". You will enjoy relaxing at the Quiet Cove Pool and heading to Serenity Bay when you are docked at Castaway Cay.
Be sure to also head to the Walt Disney Theater each night to take in the Broadway-style shows that are performed.
I hope you have a wonderful Anniversary Cruise on the Disney Dream!
Happy Cruising, Tracy V.
