Hi Noelle,
I can't think of a better way to spend your 30th Anniversary than at the Most Magical Place on Earth! We love spending an evening or weekend enjoying some of the many activities geared towards adults at Walt Disney World. There are so many of them that we have yet to try everything but I have some tried and true favorites to recommend for you!
If you want to plan an extra special date night,
Victoria & Albert's at the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa is a AAA Five Diamond Award-certified experience. The restaurant only allows guests over 10 years old to dine there and has a dress code, so it is one of the most elevated dining experiences at Disney World. The Chef's Tasting Menu and wine pairings are a decadent experience that is truly once in a lifetime.
If you want something a little less formal, head over to
Disney's Boardwalk for some good old-fashioned fun.
Trattoria al Forno is a great location for some Italian classics like pasta, pizza, and steak! After dinner head over to
Atlantic Dance Hall or
Jellyrolls for some adults-only fun dancing the night away to '80s and '90's music or participating in audience sing-alongs to the dueling pianos.
Disney's Grand Floridian Spa is a great location for a day of relaxation. They offer couples massages that are next level with some of the best masseuses I have had the privilege of utilizing. With convenient changing rooms stocked with amenities, you can bring a change of clothes to the spa and head to eat and drink at each resort hotel on the monorail line. The best places for small bites and drinks are
Enchanted Rose at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and
Trader Sam's at Disney's Polynesian Resort. We like to end the night by grabbing a drink and dessert in the
California Grill lounge at Disney's Contemporary Resort and heading out to their private patio to watch the fireworks.
When it is just the two of us, I also try to add an
Enchanting Extra to our trip.
Disney's Keys to the Kingdom Tour is gold for Disney nerds where you get to go behind the scenes of Magic Kingdom and is only available to guests over the age of 16. I also love
Savor the Savanna for the delicious food options, unparalleled view of Disney's Animal Kingdom, and the regional beer and wine!
Happy Planning,
Jenna
