Hi Anna, We're doing a Grand Gathering land/sea with our friends and they want to eat at CRT. The phone system has changed and I'm really worried about being delayed getting to an agent. Any advice? Thank you so much.

Hi, Jackie!  Thanks so much for your question!

The only advice I can give you still leaves you scrambling to get on the phone at oh dark thirty in the morning, doing a little dance to the gods of dining reservation benevolence, and lining up every good luck item you have in your home - rabbit's foot; four leaf clover; cricket - pull out all the stops!

Beginning about 5 minutes before the phone lines open up (7 AM eastern time), start calling 1-407-WDW-DINE (939-3463).  Once you are in, just start hitting the number 1 one your telephone until you get through to a cast member.  They are going to want to be polite - don't let them!  Jump right in there and say you want Cinderella's Royal Table for whatever date and time you want.  You can thank them after for being so polite and apologize for how rude you might come across, but they'll understand that time is of the essence and not mind too much.

Be flexible about time if you can - don't be disappointed about not getting an eight o'clock reservation if there's a nine o'clock available.

You don't say how many people you have in your party, but you might also try your luck with group dining, usually for parties of 12 or more.  That number is 407-939-7707.

Good luck, Jackie!  I hope you get the reservation you are looking for!

    Thanks again for the question!
