Hi Anna. I am leaving in 30 days and have a ? about dining. We are planning on taking our rest times at some of the hotels right near the parks (monorail, boat or walking )( as opposed to going all the way back to Movies) any sugg on quick dining meals.

Hi, Melissa!  If you want to stay on the monorail, you can find three pretty good counter service restaurants at the three monorail accessible hotels.  The Contemporary Resort has the Contempo Cafe; the Polynesian has Captain Cook's Snack Company; and the Grand Floridian has the Gasparilla Grill.  All three will have offerings that are familiar - like burgers and salads - but you can also expect to find some items that are a bit unexpected at counter service restaurants.  Gasparilla has a Tabouleh wrap and both a Southwestern and Jerk chicken sandwich.  The Contempo Cafe has a roasted vegetable curry bulgur salad and you can choose from a variety of cheeses on top of your burgers.  Captain Cook's features an aloha pork sandwich and a Hawaiian flatbread that is very good.

If you don't mind taking a bus, one of my favorite locations is the Pepper Market at Disney's Coronado Springs resort.  When you arrive, you are seated at a table, then you can go to any of the stations in the market, choose what you want, and have your card stamped.  Then you take your stamped card to the register when you check out to pay for your meal.  You'll find a grill station, a pasta kitchen, seafood, Asian cuisine - there is even a kids' kitchen, where the littlest members of the family can find their favorites.  I love it here!

Have a wonderful trip, and happy eating!
