Hi Anna, I forgot let you know that we're only staying in WDW for five days with no park hopper tickets. My son is eight years old and I want to make sure that we can maximize our trip. Thank you for your advise.

Hi, Mariemil!  Okay, with five days, this is probably what I'd do to make the most of your time.

As a Walt Disney World resort guest, you will be able to enjoy Extra Magic Hours.  You will find each morning, one theme park opens up an hour earlier, and each evening, another stays open up to three hours later.  I would absolutely do the morning Extra Magic Hours at Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios.  I think if you have an extra hour in the morning to do the most important things (like Toy Story Midway Mania at Hollywood Studios), you might get a good bit of both parks done by late afternoon, which would give you some time to hit the water parks for the late afternoon and evening.

You are going to need at least one full day at the Magic Kingdom and EPCOT, and if you can visit those parks on days when they have evening Extra Magic Hours, that will give you up to three extra hours to hit the attractions at night, so it extends the amount of time you have.  If you feel like you might be able to hit a water park in the morning, you can still do a full theme park day if you head into the theme park around 2 or 3 o'clock and stay for evening extra magic hours.

On your last day, again, check the extra magic hours and see if you can make them work to your advantage.  You may just want to visit your favorite park, and that allows you to end your vacation with things you missed or things you loved!

If you need any other help, come right back here!  I'd be glad to help with whatever questions you may have!
