Does an Anaheim resident purchasing Disneyland tickets need to be at gate to show ID.

    Hi there Clarence,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question. It's always fun to get to answer a question from a fellow Arizonan. It sounds like you're planning a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth - how exciting!

The Anaheim Resident Discount Tickets are a really great promotion available for those who qualify. As a reminder, top use these tickets, Guests must be Anaheim residents within ZIP codes 92801 through 92809, 92812, 92814 through 92817, 92825, 92850 and 92899; proof of eligible residency, including valid government-issued photo ID, is required for purchase and admission.

Therefore, those of us who live outside of these ZIP codes are ineligible to use these tickets. However, we are eligible for the other fantastic special offer currently available - the 3-Day Disneyland Ticket Offer. These promotional tickets, like the Anaheim Resident Discount Tickets, are able to be used through September 26, 2024, and offer a great discount on your theme park tickets.

This ticket offer pairs really well with the Disneyland Resort hotel offer to get a bit off of your stay. I love staying in these hotels when visiting the Happiest Place on Earth because it keeps the magic going the whole trip.

Thanks again for your question, Clarence! I hope you enjoy your visit to the Disneyland Resort.

    Have a Magical Day,
    Greg
