Bippidi-Boppidi-Boo, Stephanie!
Welcome to
planDisney, where we love helping Guests like you make their Disney vacation dreams come true! I wish I had the Fairy Godmother’s magic wand so that I could wave it and make it possible for out-of-state visitors to return to
The Happiest Place on Earth.
How exciting for you to be visiting the Golden State this July, and I hope we see non-California residents able to enter the theme parks by then. As of right now, there is no information about when non-California residents will be able to visit the theme parks or make theme park reservations. I would feel quite like Cinderella’s Evil Stepmother if I advised you to purchase theme park tickets without knowing you would be able to use them successfully during your visit in July. Since all
theme park tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable, I highly recommend waiting until it is announced that out-of-state visitors can visit the theme parks before purchasing theme park tickets. Keep an eye on the
Disneyland Resort Updates page and the
Disney Parks Blog for the latest, most up-to-date information as it becomes available.
I hope you have a wonderful visit to California this July! I’ll be wishing upon a star that you will be able to purchase tickets and visit the theme parks during your stay. Remember, a dream is a wish your heart makes, so keep dreaming and wishing because dreams do come true!
