    Anaheim Disneyland Can I cancel my annual pass I just purchased it last night

    Hi Barbara – I hope you are well!

    When purchasing your new Magic Key, you would have been asked to accept the terms and conditions of your new annual pass to the Happiest Place on Earth. One of these terms does stipulate that Magic Keys are non-refundable at all times. Therefore, there is not an option for you to cancel your purchased pass. If you would like to speak with someone further about the Magic Key policy, you may contact a Cast Member who can provide further details.

    I hope you change your mind and keep your Magic Key. My son and I are Magic Key holders and have had an incredible year making new memories together throughout the Disneyland Resort. From Lunar New Year to the Holiday Season, there is always something new to experience, which I love.
