Welcome to planDisney, Barbara. As one of the "Disney Doctors," I am happy to answer your question before you visit the Happiest Place on Earth.
I double-checked
Disneyland Property Rules, and you are more than welcome to bring and use your chair walker, as it is a
mobility device. But while we're here, let's talk about additional options for you to rest during your visit.
You can rent an ECV or wheelchair at the Disneyland Main Resort entrance if you would like additional mobile comfort during your visit. You can use your rental in both theme parks and the Downtown Disney District. If you need medical assistance or a quiet place to rest, there are
First Aid Centers in each park. The staff will happily assist with your needs.
I also suggest taking advantage of
Lightning Lane passes. These passes let you skip the standard line and join a shorter line for most park attractions. They come in single or multi-pass options, and you can choose your attractions and arrival windows 3-7 days before you arrive in the parks, so you're better able to plan your day and rest periods.
Barbara, I hope this was helpful. Disney is committed to providing a magical experience for all its guests, so please don't hesitate to return with any other questions.
