    Hello Amanda, I am trying to order customized maps, which I do every year, but I am having difficulty this year. I have asked Disney, but their suggestions haven't helped. Do you guys know if that system is having problems?

    Hi Michael! I always love hearing from my fellow NC residents!

    The ability to create your own customized park maps on the Walt Disney World website is such a fun feature! I'm sorry you're having trouble creating your maps this year, but I've got some tips that I hope will help you.

    First, make sure you are using Internet Explorer or Firefox as your browser. The website doesn't work well with Google Chrome and some other web browsers. Next, when you reach the screen called "Vacation Plans," if you see a box that asks to use a saved itinerary, make sure the box is not checked. Also, leave the fields in the "Vacation Plans" screen blank. Finally, make sure you are signed in to the Disney website and that your profile has a valid address matching the one on the "Shipping Address" page.

    If you're still having problems after trying these tips, call the website technical support line at 407-939-7765 and press 2. The wonderful technical support people will go through the process step by step with you to help solve the problem you're having.
