Hi Amanda, So I've been to WDW 2x's with my boys, but this girl's only trip will be the 1st w/my daughter. She will only be 3..too young for BBB? What are some must do's? Also,do you thnk they will run the 40% resorts off special again next year?Thanx!

Hi again Amy! I bet after two trips with boys, you're looking forward to doing some "girlie" things with your little daughter! The Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique transforms girls ages 3 and up into princesses, so your daughter is definitely  not too young. I think my daughter's fascination with princesses was at its peak when she was 3-4 years old, so if your daughter would enjoy getting a princess makeover, she is the perfect age for one. A trip to the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique does involve sitting in a chair while the Fairy Godmother in Training applies makeup and coaxes the little girl's hair into one of three styles. If your daughter doesn't like sitting for a while or having her hair styled, you may want to wait until she is older, but otherwise, it's a must-do for little princesses!

Once your daughter has her makeover, a meal with the princesses is in order! For me, nothing beats the magic of dining inside the castle at Cinderella's Royal Table. The princesses now appear at breakfast, lunch, and dinner there. Of course, your daughter is going to love the Fantasyland rides such as It's a Small World,  Dumbo, and Peter Pan, so be sure to budget lots of time for the Magic Kingdom!

With regard to discounts, we here at the Moms Panel don't get any advance notice of promotions, but I think it's safe to say that Disney often offers special deals during the times of year with lower attendance. Keep an eye on the Special Offers page on the Disney website, as well as on websites like www.mousesavers.com to stay abreast of the discounts. Also, make sure you're registered on the Disney website with a valid email and mailing address; you never know when you might find a code for a special room rate in your mailbox!

I'd love to help you with more questions about your daughter's first trip; feel free to ask!
