Hi Amanda, I hope your recent trip to WDW was wonderful! Where did you stay? I'm thinking of booking a standard garden view room at GF instead of club level (don't think it will be worth ~$900, daughter doesn't eat much) Should I request a room in Sago

Hi Amy! We had a fantastic time at Walt Disney World! I stayed at the Grand Floridian on this trip, and it was heavenly! This resort is so beautiful -- I loved listening to the band or pianist as I walked through the lobby and returning to my room in the evening to find my bed turned down and chocolates on my pillow.

I agree that it may be hard for you to get your money's worth out of a club-level room when it's just you and your young daughter traveling. You'll still feel pampered in a garden-view room at the Grand Floridian! Sago Cay is a secluded building, which would be quiet for your little daughter's naps. However, for convenience, I would recommend Big Pine Key or Boca Chica. My family stayed in Big Pine Key during this most recent trip, and I felt that the building had a wonderful location. In my opinion, it is the closest building to the main one, where you'll catch the monorail or visit the restaurants, and it's also situated right next to both pools and the beach area. After a long day in the parks, I appreciated having a short walk to my room!

It's good to hear from you again, Amy! Talk to you again soon!
