Hi, We have always stayed in resorts by the MK, but this time we are staying at the All Star Music. How far is the bus travel to the parks? And how far from the rooms do you have to go to catch the bus? Thanks!

    Chad,

In my last stay in an All-Star resort (Sports) I was in a building that was pretty far from the main lobby of the resort. It took me about 10 minutes to get to the buses, though I was alone, no kids in tow. But 10 to 15 minutes is a good estimate.

As for bus travel, it will vary some based on how busy they are, but you should not expect it to take much more than 30 minutes, usually less, to get to any park. Remember that is based on time from when the bus leaves the resort. Buses come about every 20 minutes, so plan for some waiting time at the bus depot too.

Some have complained about the buses, especially from the Value resorts, but I have always had good service. There can be issues with buses filling up quickly, but I have found that Disney usually seems to have more on the way. Make sure you get in line for your bus with plenty of time. If you have been waiting for a bus for longer than 20 minutes, let a Cast Member in the resort know.

    Have a magical vacation!
