We are going on an alsakan cruise aboard the wonder. We are concierge guests. My 13 y/o daughter has sever anxiety in crowds. Is there a way for her to board an avoid being in a crowd? I am also trying to contact the ships medical staff prior to boardin

    Hi Christine!
Welcome to the Moms Panel.  I'm so glad you are here!  Since your family is traveling as concierge Guests, you will have a separate check in and waiting area at the port.  Also, you will be among the first to board along with the other Guests cruising concierge. With this being the case, you should not encounter a large crowd when embarking the Wonder.
When you are logged in to your cruise reservation on DisneyCruise.com, you should have access to a Special Services Information Form.  If you complete this form, the Disney Cruise Line Crew, including Medical Staff, will be aware of your daughter's situation.  If you would like to speak with someone directly, just call (800) 951-3532 to speak with a Cruise Reservation Agent.
I hope this helps with your planning, Christine.  Please feel free to contact me again with any further cruise questions.  I'm always happy to help!
    Have a "Wonder" ful day!
