    We already have our resort booked for October. If I purchase tickets, and we decide not to go due to face mask will I be able to use the tickets for another date?

    Greetings Citizen Raven! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    As Edna Mode would say, "masks are in, darling!" But if you are not ready to don your Super Suit yet, do not fear! Your tickets will stay frozen like Frozone in your My Disney Experience account. Raven, you will want to call and modify your ticket before midnight on the day before your ticket is scheduled to start, to ensure that it doesn't expire.

    Once you know which dates you would like to visit, you can call the helpful Superhero Support Team, otherwise known as your friendly neighborhood Cast Members, at (407) 939-5277 and have your ticketed dates updated. Raven, you should know that some special issued tickets are generally unable to be modified. Additionally, you may be subject to the difference in price between your current ticket and the ticket on the day that you wish to attend.   

    Raven, before you embark on your not-so-secret mission to Walt Disney World Resort, there are a few things that you should know. You will find all details pertaining to your potential mission on the official Walt Disney World Resort website.
