I have already renewed my annual passes through DVC but I can’t link them to my account in MDE. I get a message to link them on Disney world.com but I don’t see where I do that

    Hi David!

Welcome to planDisney and a big Welcome Home to a fellow Disney Vacation Club Member! I just renewed and linked my Walt Disney World Annual Pass, so let’s see if I can help walk you through it.

I prefer to link things on the desktop version of My Disney Experience, mostly because I find it easier to type in all the numbers on the desktop rather than my tiny cell phone screen, but you can do it on either platform. The quick and easy way, is to use this handy page for linking tickets and reservations.

If you have trouble with that link or lose it in the future, on a desktop computer, go ahead start by signing in to My Disney Experience. Once you are signed in, along the top of the screen to the far right, select where it says My Disney Experience, and you’ll see a drop-down menu appear. Choose My Plans from that menu. This will open a new screen with a gorgeous graphic of the four theme park icons. Scroll down that page just a bit and you’ll see the heading David’s Plans and Tickets. Under there you’ll see a variety of blue circles with options and the middle circle will be for Park Tickets. Select that circle and you’ll get two more options, to either Select Tickets or Link Tickets. Choose to Link Tickets. From there you’ll be taken to another screen where you link the tickets. You’ll want to enter the confirmation number you were given into the box that asks for an ID Number and from there validate and assign the Annual Passes to Members of your family.

If you prefer to use the My Disney Experience Mobile App, open the app, and in the bottom right corner you’ll see three horizontal lines. Tap those three lines and it will open a new menu for you. Choose My Tickets and Passes in the upper left corner of that new menu. When you are taken to the ticket page, you’ll then want to select the small blue plus sign in the upper right corner of the app, and you’ll see an option appear to Link Tickets & Passes. From there you can enter your confirmation number to add your Annual Pass Renewal Certificates to your account.

Don’t forget you’ll still need to activate your Walt Disney World Annual Passes before their first use by visiting a ticket window or Guest Relations outside a theme park or at Disney Springs. Be sure to bring your ID and your Blue Membership Card with you to activate them.

I hope this helps, David! Once you have your Annual Passes linked, be sure to make any Park Pass Reservations if you need them for an upcoming visit. Annual Passholders can hold up to 3 Park Pass Reservations at a time unless you have a Disney Resort Collection Hotel reservation, in which case you may reserve Park Pass Reservations for your length of stay.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions, David, we are here to help!

    Wishing you Membership Magic!
