I have already put a deposit on each of my hotel reservations but I’m trying to view my specific trip and I can’t find where to do that because I’m trying to get a running total for what my party is going to Owe me

Hi there, David! I'm so glad you found the trail of shells that Dory left for you and just kept swimming on over to us at planDisney!

It sounds like you're planning a trip to Walt Disney World Resort and I couldn't be more excited for you! The only thing better than visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth is visiting with people you care about. Here's a little secret: magic multiplies when it's shared, and your trip is sure to be an extra special one! I'd love to help you manage your reservations and find the balance due for each of them.

David, from my experience, the best way I've found to see the balance of my trip is to look for my confirmation email from Walt Disney World Resort. Usually, just a simple search for "Walt Disney World Vacation Confirmation" will pull it right up! Since it sounds like you have a few Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservations, you'll want to make sure that you can locate each one. When viewing your confirmation email, you'll be able to see how much you have already paid with your deposit and how much is left on the balance. It may be a good idea to keep a separate document that outlines how much you've paid for each reservation and which Guest in your travel party is responsible for that amount.

If you have any problems locating that information, my next best step would be to reach out to one of the amazing Cast Members! Cast Members will be happy to help you to find the information you're looking for as you continue to plan for yourself and your travel party. If you do decide to call a Cast Member, I'd suggest calling right when phone lines open at 7:00 AM EST since their help can sometimes be in high demand!

David, have you already connected all of the Guests in your travel party to your Family & Friends List? This will be a great way to manage reservations and make plans together, such as making advance dining reservations. When you look at your Family & Friends List, you may see the words "Plans managed by me" next to some of the names. If that's the case, you may want to consider sharing these plans with each individual Guest. If you'd like to do this, click "Update" next to their name, then "Share Planning." Enter that Guest's email address, and the Guest can accept that invitation on their end to co-manage their plans.

While you continue to get ready for your magical vacation, make sure that you take some time to also download and explore the My Disney Experience app! This app will help you to easily and efficiently navigate everything that The Most Magical Place on Earth has to offer. A little like a magic wand, you will be able to check wait times for rides, view park maps, and even mobile order food! I love to mobile order a snack before I hop on a ride - that way I know my treat will be ready and waiting for me!

I hope I was able to answer your question today, David! If you need more assistance, or if I've misunderstood your question, please visit us again. After all, you've got a friend in me!

There's a great, big, beautiful tomorrow!
