    I have already purchased my tickets online and chose will call. We are staying at Saratoga springs arriving at 8pm on march 13. Can I pick up my tickets at the concierge desk of my resort or guest relations at downtown Disney ?

    Hi Constance,

    You should be able to pick up your tickets at either location.

    Be sure to have your confirmation number and photo ID, and the cast members at any guest relations office, ticket window, or concierge desk will be able to retrieve your tickets for you.
