    I already purchased tickets to disneyworld and I needed 1 more child ticket can I still buy it even if the Daye is not open

    Welcome to planDisney, Maria. We are glad you brought your question to us.

    In an effort to manage attendance, Walt Disney World Resort has introduced the Disney Park Pass system.  At this time, all Guests ages 3 and up will need a Disney Park Pass theme park reservation as well as valid admission in order to enter a theme park.  Theme park reservations are limited, and availability can fluctuate.  If all theme parks have no Disney Park Pass reservations available on the date you plan to visit, the online system will not allow you to purchase a ticket.  If there is availability at some parks, you should be able to purchase a ticket.

    Now, what to do if your desired park has no Disney Park Pass availability for your additional Guest?  I have a few suggestions:

    • Keep checking -- other Guests' plans change all the time, and it is possible a Disney Park Pass reservation might become available for your date.  If so, you can just make a reservation for the additional Guest separately.  You should then see all Guests in your party showing as having Disney Park Pass reservations in your My Disney Experience account under "My Plans" or "Future Plans" in the My Disney Experience app.
    • Cancel your current Disney Park Pass reservation and make a new reservation that includes your additional Guest for a theme park with current availability.
    • Consider adding the Park Hopper Option to your tickets.  This way you can begin your day in a theme park with current Disney Park Pass availability and then at 2:00 pm when park hopping hours begin, "hop" over to the theme park you had originally planned to visit that day. (Subject to availability.)
