We already purchased tickets for 4 days but we would like to add 1 more day. Would the 5 day ticket price apply or does it count as separate purchase?

Hello there, Lenin! Welcome to planDisney! We appreciate you taking the time to stop by and allowing us to help you plan your upcoming vacation to Walt Disney World Resort!

One of my favorite parts of visiting Walt Disney World Resort is the large amount of flexibility we have when planning our trips! So if we need to make some last-minute changes to our plans, we typically have no problem doing so!

This is also true when it comes to changing your theme park tickets! As long as you have not used your theme park tickets, you should be able to modify them. In order to do so, you will need to log into your My Disney Experience account. From there, navigate over to the “My Plans” section and locate which tickets you would like to change. You should then see a link titled “Modify Tickets”. Once you have clicked this link, you will be able to alter many different parts of your theme park tickets including the length of stay. Once you have made your changes, you will be prompted to check out on the following page if your new selections are more expensive than the original price you paid. If you add a day to your previously purchased tickets, you should pay the 5-day theme park ticket price instead of paying for an additional 1-day ticket as well.

It is also important to keep in mind that you will need to make an additional theme park reservation if you add an extra day to your theme park tickets! This may be done through the Disney Park Pass System as soon as you have changed your theme park tickets. I also highly recommend checking the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar online prior to making any changes just to verify that there is availability on your new travel date.

Best of luck as you continue to plan your visit to Walt Disney World Resort later this summer! Please let us know if we can answer any other questions for you as well!
