I already purchased a SoCal ticket but I don’t have an ID for proof. Can I change my ticket?

    Hiya, Monica!

Welcome to planDisney, it's great to meet you! I'm sorry you've had a bit of a mixup with your theme park ticket. But hang in there, I'm sure we can get it all fixed!

Disneyland Resort Theme Park Tickets can usually be upgraded as long as the new ticket is equal to or greater than the original ticket cost. To upgrade your ticket you can either visit the ticket booths outside the theme parks or call the "Tickets" phone number to speak with a Cast Member and purchase a new ticket over the phone.

Guests need both a valid theme park ticket and a theme park reservation, so I recommend upgrading your ticket over the phone so you have plenty of time to make park reservations before your visit. Upgrading your tickets may void any theme park reservations that you've already made, so make sure you check your Disney account to confirm that your reservations are good to go after you've upgraded your ticket!

Once you have your tickets and theme park reservations ready then I would suggest taking a look at the Entertainment Schedule for the day of your visit! I especially like to check for "Atmosphere Entertainment" so I don't miss shows like The Dapper Dans and The Amazing Spider-Man! These wonderful performers bring so much energy to the parks, they really are worth adding to your park day. You can also keep track of showtimes in the Disneyland Mobile App!

Thanks again for visiting planDisney, Monica! I hope you have a fantastic day in the parks!

    Keep moving forward!
