    I have already purchased 10 day tickets for my family. I want to upgrade one to an AP. Can I do this before our trip and activate it once I arrive? What happens if I have already pre-purchased Photopass+? Would the cost of that go towards my AP?

    Welcome back!  I am so happy you've returned to ask another great question about traveling to The Most Magical Place on Earth.  It's my pleasure to help you out today.

    Disney recently provided an option to upgrade a ticket to an Annual Pass, using the My Disney Experience Mobile app.    Once you log into your app, select "MY TICKETS"  from there you will select the ticket you wish to upgrade.   Once selected click "UPGRADE TO AN ANNUAL PASS" .  You will then be given the option for an out of state Annual Pass or Florida Resident Annual Pass.   You will then select your pass option and provide a payment method for the difference in the ticket price.    If you have any trouble you can reach a Cast Member who can help at (407) 566-4985.   Another option is to wait until you arrive and head to a Guest Relations window where a Cast Member can handle the upgrade in person.   Either way the passes will not activate until you enter a Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park for the first time.  If you upgrade online you will not be able to apply the cost of your Memory Maker purchase toward the ticket,  you may be able to do this with a Cast Member in person at the Resort.
