    Can an already purchased base ticket be upgraded to a very merry Mickey Christmas party ticket if done in advance?

    Hi Bree-Ann!

    Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is such a fun holiday event at Walt Disney World! While your theme park ticket will provide you with admission to Disney's Magic Kingdom during the day, once the party starts at 7pm you must have a special event ticket. Tickets are nontransferable, nonrefundable, and cannot be resold. Unfortunately, that means you can't transfer your standard theme park admission ticket to a Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party ticket.

    I highly recommend purchasing tickets to this special holiday event! My favorite part of the event is the unlimited hot cocoa and cookies set-up at stations throughout the park. Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade is also so much fun! Of course, you won't want to miss Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks show!
