Hi, I already got photo pass on my vacation to Disney and used for taking pictures throughout the park. I also purchased memory maker ('post vacation') option to download all the pics in bulk. Can you advise why I am unable to do so?

Hi Barghavi! Welcome to planDisney, thanks for your question. I hope your visit to Walt Disney World Resort was magical, fun, and full of pixie dust!

The Disney PhotoPass Service is such a great addition to any vacation to Walt Disney World. Capturing all the memories (including the fun attraction ones!) is a great way to remember all the fun you had while on vacation. I love purchasing Memory Maker for my visits, and I am glad you did too. Depending on when your visit to Walt Disney World was, you might have gone past the 45-day mark to download all of your photos. If the first day of your visit was 45 days ago, you may be able to purchase an expiration extension, giving you up to the 60-day date the first photo was taken. Make sure you download all of the photos before the 60-day mark, Disney does not offer permanent storing of photos. You can call the PhotoPass office to request information about the expiration extension.

Thank you for stopping by again, Barghavi. We look forward to having you as our guest at Walt Disney World in the future. The magic is calling!
