We already have 4 park reservations for Disneyland on April 26, but we forgot to reserve for one more ticket , and now there is no more availability for that day. We are only missing 1 reservation, what can we do?? We are traveling from Mexico.

    ¡Hola Mariana!

Welcome to planDisney and gracias for stopping by! I’m glad to see that you have planned for your upcoming Disneyland vacation! You arrive on the final day of Disney’s California Adventure Food and Wine Festival and I highly recommend visiting and tasting some of the amazing snacks and sips they offer!

Oh no! I definitely understand the frustration with having booked three out of four Disney Park Pass reservations for your party. My suggestion is to head to Guest Relations outside of your park of choice and speak to a Cast Member in person. You can show that you have reservations for three out of four of your party and that it was an oversight on your part. They may be able to add the fourth person to your Disney Park Pass reservation to enable you to enter the parks as initially planned.

Mariana, did you know we answer questions in Spanish? ¡Visítanos en planDisney en Español! I hope that you can resolve your issue and have an amazing time at the Happiest Place on Earth!
