Hi again, Nicole! I love that you asked us multiple questions, and that I can answer another one!
When my children were younger, Walt Disney World was a fantastic vacation that definitely wore them out. Naps were crucial to our success of navigating the parks on long, hot days (sometimes for the adults as well as the kids).
With any park ticket, you can enter and leave that park as many times as you would like that day. This means you can leave for lunch, a nap, a swim, or just a break, and then come back later once you are refreshed and recharged. Since you have the park hopper option, this means you can enter a different park as long as its after 2pm and there is availability at that park.
With littles, I feel the easiest days were the ones where I let them get up as early as they wanted, and we arrived at the theme park for “rope drop”. Then, around 1pm, we would pack up and head to our hotel for a rest, a swim, or both. Around 4pm, we would head back over to the theme park and do a few attractions before a nice dinner reservation.
My children loved the
50’s Prime Time Café in Disney’s Hollywood Studios when they were small. They thought it was so fun. Another family favorite is The Plaza in Magic Kingdom.
I hope this helps with your Walt Disney World vacation planning!
Happy Traveling,
Tracy
