I have already linked my husbands account to mine in MDE, but he cannot see our resort reservations, just the park tickets. Is there a way for him to see everything?

    Hi Harlie!

Welcome to planDisney. We're so glad you stopped with a question for us today. I'm happy to assist!

I'm the keeper of our family's vacation plans so all our tickets and Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservations are always at my fingertips in my My Disney Experience Mobile App. It sounds like you're also in charge of the magic for your family, but I can understand why you want to make sure your husband has access to all the same details that you do. Let's try troubleshooting together.

First, you'll want to log in to your My Disney Experience Account online and select "My Plans" from the drop-down menu. Locate your upcoming resort reservation and confirm that the appropriate members are listed as guests in your travel party. You might notice that your husband's name appears more than once under "My Planning Party" just above the reservation details or that his Character avatar appears different from the one associated with his My Disney Experience Account. If so, there are likely duplicate profiles on your Family & Friends list that need to be merged.

You can merge these profiles by locating your husband's name on your Family & Friends list. If you see a profile for him that says "Profile managed by you" click the settings button next to his name and then the "Share Planning with..." link. There, input the email address your husband uses for his My Disney Experience Account. This should generate a request for him to approve and once complete, will merge the accounts.

He should be able to see the resort details once that's corrected, but if this doesn't seem to solve the problem I'd recommend contacting a Cast Member by phone for assistance. They can confirm that the correct members are tied to your resort reservation and help troubleshoot any other technical issues that need to be addressed.

Harlie, I hope you can get this resolved quicker than you can say, "Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo!" Should you need further assistance, recommendations for your upcoming trip, or have any additional planning questions please don't hesitate to come back to planDisney and let us know! We're always happy to help.

    Magic and memories,
