Hello there, Victoria, and welcome to planDisney!
Thank you for coming to us with your question and I'm happy to hear that you'll be visiting the Disneyland Resort in July! The 69th Anniversary of Disneyland Park will be on July 17, 2024 and we're all excited to celebrate the opening of Walt Disney's original Park!
The
3 Day Disneyland Ticket Offer that was just released is a fantastic deal for all Guests and makes it easy to justify a summertime visit to the Happiest Place on Earth! As a child, no summer would be complete without spending a couple of days at the Theme Parks and those visits formed some of my core memories.
I'm afraid that, according to the
eTicket Terms and Conditions,
Theme Park Tickets are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for a lower cost ticket. If you know that you will be returning to the Disneyland Resort at a later date, you could keep your current tickets because standard tickets are often good for quite a while. Even if you aren't able to use them in time, the cost of a wholly unused, expired ticket may be applied towards the cost of a new ticket as long as the price is equal or greater. If you have further questions, I would recommend calling the
Tickets phone line to speak to a Cast Member. If the ticket you want is higher in cost, they might allow an upgrade.
I wish my answer could be more positive. However you decide, I think you'll have a wonderful time during your visit.
Pixar Fest is going on throughout the month of July, and
Together Forever - A Pixar Nighttime Spectacular has been enchanting Guests in the skies above Sleeping Beauty Castle! Personally, I'm hoping to see Inside Out 2 which releases June 14, 2024 and then celebrate by visiting Pixar Fest!
Victoria, I wish you the best as you decide on your ticket options. I hope that you have a very magical trip to the Disneyland Resort in July and that you have a fantastic time! Please feel free to write again if you have more questions. You're always welcome at planDisney!
Wishing you a Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!
