I already bought my tickets . My job has a discount. Is it too late to apply the discount?

    Hi Karla!

How exciting that you are planning a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort! After more than a year of so many sacrifices, I think we could all use a little magical travel in our lives.

Karla, Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets are considered non-refundable and non-transferable. So if you have already purchased them, you would not be able to retroactively apply a discount, or return them for a refund. I do have a few ideas for you. Wholly unused tickets can be transferred to someone else on your Family & Friends list, so if you have others going with you who have not yet purchased their tickets, you could transfer the ticket you already have to them, and you could purchase a new discounted ticket through your work. Do know that once you have used a day on the ticket, it cannot be transferred.

I’m sorry you can’t apply your work discount, Karla. But I hope you have a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. If you have any additional questions as you are planning, come back and see us. We love talking Disney and are here to help!
