Aloha Justin!
Welcome to planDisney! I know the importance of planning, especially when you want to ensure that you book the perfect experience. Purchasing your tickets, booking your hotel, and making your
Disney Park Pass reservations are the first steps to putting together the best
Disneyland Resort vacation.
Justin, I'm sorry that you may not be able to make your planned visit to the Disneyland Resort. Unfortunately,
Disneyland tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Although you will not be able to receive a refund, you can hold your tickets and utilize them in the future. Once you are sure of the date you will be visiting, you can then use the credit from your unused tickets towards the purchase of new tickets. Bear in mind that there may be a difference in the cost for new tickets depending on the date you chose. You can see the cost of tickets based on dates by checking the
ticket calendar on the Disneyland website.
I truly hope that you will be able to make your planned visit to the Happiest Place on Earth! If not, I hope that you can reschedule your trip for a time when you will be able to enjoy all the magic and wonderment of the Disneyland Resort!
