    Planning a Walt Disney World vacation is an exciting adventure and planDisney is ready to help you every step of the way.  We are made up of an Eclectic Group of Guests consisting of all ages, experiences and types of Disney fans who represent many walks of life. And we are here to help guide you through your planning questions and curiouser and curiouser inquiries.

    I am assuming you have made a Disney Resorts Collection hotel Room-Only reservation. If you have not already done so, I highly recommend making a My Disney Experience account and download the mobile app. This is your vacation hub. Here Guest can use their confirmation number to link/modify their Resort reservation, begin online check-in, purchase/link/modify Walt Disney World tickets, make/cancel Disney Park Pass reservation, research/reserve advanced table-service dining, discover the new Disney MagicMobile service, observe attraction wait times, make mobile food and beverage orders and that’s just a tidbit of what this handy dandy tool will do for you. Prior to your arrival become comfortable navigating it and discovering its benefits. 

    Through your My Disney Experience, both online and the mobile app, you are able to purchase Walt Disney World tickets and make your Disney Park Pass reservations. Prior to purchasing, take a look at the Theme Park Availability calendar to see which parks are available on the days you are interested. It is highly recommended Guests make their Disney Park Pass reservations as soon as possible because park availability is not guaranteed. If you choose to upgrade to the Park Hopper option, it is good to note, Guests are required to make a Disney Park Pass reservation at the first park they plan to visit for the day and MUST enter it before park hopping to other Walt Disney World Theme Parks. Park hopping hours begin at 2:00 p.m. and continue until park closure. Guests are able to check park-hopping park availability for the day through their My Disney Experience mobile app or by calling (407) 560-5000.
