Hey there, Morgan!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We're glad you stopped by with your question.
Great news! Guests are allowed to bring non-alcoholic drinks, snacks and
food items that do not require heating into the theme parks.
Glass containers (with the exception of small ones such as baby food jars) are not allowed to be brought into the parks. When visiting the theme parks, I usually pack a bottled water and several snacks in my backpack and have never encountered any issues when doing so. If you're hoping to refill water bottles during the day, you can ask for a complimentary cup of ice water at any Quick-Service dining location or snack cart selling fountain drinks. The temperature can get quite high during the warmer months in Florida, so I like to ensure my family stays hydrated when visiting the parks.
I always carry a crossbody bag or medium-sized backpack with me, so that I have all of my park touring essentials at my fingertips. Guests are allowed to take their bags onto the attractions. With that being said,
lockers are also available to rent in all four theme parks and both water parks if you prefer to not carry your items throughout the day.
I hope this information is helpful with your vacation planning, Morgan. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. We would love to assist you further in planning a magical trip!
