Aloha, I am new to this forum and already have learned so much, A Big thank you for all the experts help. Can you use the Dining plan for the Fantasmic Dinner? Or is there an extra Costs. Which restaurant do you recommend for this.

Mahalo, Rebecca! I'm glad that our panel has been helpful in planning your WDW vacation! Yes, you can use your Disney Dining Plan credits for the Fantasmic Dinner Packages. You have three choices:

When you call 407-WDW-DINE to make your Advanced Dining Reservation for your Fantasmic Dinner Package, you will need to secure your reservation with a credit card. Your card will not be charged unless you do not show up for your reservation. There is no extra charge for your reservation, but you must request a Fantasmic Dinner Package when you make your reservation.

Based on my experiences and those recommendations of friends, I would suggest Mama Melrose's for a great pre-show dinner which won't take a good portion of your dining credits. I hope that helps you plan!

Come back if you have more questions. Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation!
