Hi, Krissy! There are quite a few character dining experiences, and you can find your favorite princess, Pooh and friends, and even Lilo and Stitch - your Hawaiian Ohana! You may have an easier time deciding what type of meal you'd most enjoy.
The
Crystal Palace at the Magic Kingdom is one of my favorite character breakfasts. If you can get an early morning reservation, you can actually enter the theme park before it opens, giving you a chance to snag some of the very best pictures of the Castle and Main Street, U.S.A. The meal is a buffet (as it is also for lunch and dinner here), and the variety is really great, with a special kids section featuring some kid favorites like mac and cheese and pizza. You will usually see Pooh and Friends at this restaurant.
Epcot has the Princess Storybook Meals at
Akershus Royal Banquet Hall. Here, you'll not only see some of your favorite princesses, but enjoy both the buffet experience and a sit down dining experience. At lunch and dinner, you'll be able to enjoy a buffet of some traditional Scandanavian salads, cold cuts, and cheeses, then you'll choose an entree to be served to you at your table. The princesses change, but you may see Ariel (in her transformed state), Mary Poppins, Belle, and more.
Some place you may not have thought about because it's not a character meal is a favorite with my kids.
Whispering Canyon Cafe is a rowdy good time with great food. The interactive meal is just what they say - a rootin' tootin' good time.
Enjoy a magical vacation!
