Aloha, I would like to take my daughter for her 5th birthday to Disneyland, what would be a great birthday there for her to enjoy on a budget....

    Aloha Darilyn,

Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. The Disneyland Resort is the perfect place to celebrate a Princess' 5th Birthday!

Be sure to stop by City Hall and get your princess a free Birthday button to wear on her special day; Cast Members that see her in the parks will be sure to send her warm wishes throughout the day.

The Princess Fantasy Faire in Fantasyland is the place for all things Princess! There are Meet 'N' Greets & two shows to be enchanted by.

We love to visit a lot of Meet 'N'Greets when celebrating magical birthdays, the characters know how to make each Guest feel special. You can meet the adventurous Merida from Brave in the Fairytale Garden. Then fly over to Pixie Hollow to discover the hidden home of Tinker Bell & her Fairy Friends. This set up is fun because you get to meet a few Fairy friends while visiting Pixie Hollow.

Another fun thing we like to do with our daughter is walk the Sleeping Beauty Castle Walkthrough. As you walk through the castle, you will read from an enlarged story book of Sleep Beauty and see some scenes from the movie. It's also really thrilling to know that you are walking through Sleeping Beauty's Castle too.

We like to share a treat then watch the parade.

My family loves to dine in the company of the Walt's classic characters, hop over to Disneyland Park and down to the Plaza Inn to dine with "Minnie & Friends- Breakfast in the Park." You will enjoy a hearty buffet breakfast.

I hope this helps! Please write me back if you have any more questions on how I can help you plan your pixie-dusted vacation.

    Wishing you magic!

    ~Lynette
