    My almost 4-yr old is a huge Mulan fan. Where are the best places to see or eat with Mulan? She would be heart-broken if she didn't meet Mulan at WDW.

    We went through a Mulan phase too. I have, on occasion, seen Mulan at some of the princess character dining experiences, But the main place that Mulan greets guests is at the China pavilion at Epcot. The dates and time of this vary, so be sure to take a look at the free Times Guide that will be available as you enter the park. Also, a great thing that you can do would be to ask the concierge desk at your hotel or any of the guest relations offices at the theme parks to call the "character hotline." They will be able to tell you if Mulan is appearing at any of the parks during your stay.
