almost time for us to make our ADR. planning breakfast at CRT, Wishes dessert party and makeovers at BBB. Do we need to pay any deposit when we call to make our reservations? If so, how will it work if we are attending with multiple families?

Hi, Nicole!  Okay, so for some meals, specifically Cinderella's Royal Table and the Wishes Dessert Party, you do have to pay for them in full upon booking.  You are going to have to work this out with multiple families.  You can have one person book the reservations and pay on one credit card, then be reimbursed by the rest of the families; or you can have a representative from each family try to book individual reservations.  This may be tough with restaurants like Cinderella's Royal Table, because those can be tough reservations to get.

You may have some members of your party on a dining plan.  For those families, the full amount must still be paid in advance, and then the credit card is refunded when they arrive and use their dining plan credits.  Remember that this location requires two table service credits for one meal.

It sounds like you're planning some wonderful experiences!  I hope you all have a great time!
