Hi All, We have been to many of the character dining restaurants and some of the popular restaurants(without characters). Can you give me any suggestions of new ones to try? Thank you

    Hello, Cheryl!

You sound like my kind of travel partner! Dining at the Walt Disney World Resort is something that I take pretty seriously. I'm happy to share a few of my favorite places to help you plan your next visit.

    Disney Resort Hotel Dining:
    • Visit Sanaa at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village for African cooking with Indian flavors. Make sure to try the Indian-style bread service with all 9 accompaniments for a delicious start to your meal!
    • Disney's Polynesian Village Resort also offers several excellent dining options. 'Ohana is a popular breakfast and dinner option (with Disney Characters at breakfast). Kona Cafe is a great place to grab a hearty meal, like Tonga Toast at breakfast or Grilled Curry-crusted Lamb Chops at dinner. If you're feeling a bit adventurous, visit Trader Sam's Grog Grotto for an eerily delicious drink.
    • Whispering Canyon Cafe, located inside Disney's Wilderness Lodge, is a great place to indulge meat-eaters with large portions of chicken, ribs, sausages and more.
    Theme Park Dining:
    • Visit one of 4 walk-up windows at the new Harambe Market at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park to dine on delicious African-inspired foods and beverages.
    • Epcot's Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie offers an array of French-inspired treats, perfect for a late breakfast or afternoon snack.
    • Celebrate Oktoberfest at Biergarten, also at Epcot. The German-inspired food is delicious, but the immersive atmosphere, live music and dancing really set this place apart.
You can also hop on over to Disney Springs for the evening. This shopping, dining and entertainment district has recently introduced several new eateries (with more on the way!), like Morimoto Asia and Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar.

I hope you have a magical Walt Disney World vacation, Cheryl! Please stop back by the Moms Panel if you have any additional questions. Happy planning!
