    Would we be allowed to store our luggage at our Disney Resort , on our check out day? We plan to rent a convertible car to surprise our children but worry about leaving our luggage in sight on the back seat (too small trunck), on the AK parking lot.Thanks!

    Hi Myriam, You can most definitely leave your luggage with Bell Services at your Disney Resort on the day you check-out. You can either have Bell Services come up to your room to pick up your bags or drop them off at the Bell Stand when heading out for your "big surprise."  Just let the cast members at Bell Services know your plans and they will take care of everything. Upon returning to the Resort, Bell Services will retrieve your luggage and bring your bags out front for you. We love the customer service that Bell Services provides at the Disney Resorts and have also stored our bags with them on check-in and check-out days in the past. I hope this eases your mind!
