Hiya, Lauren! I'm so glad you embarked on an out-of-this-world adventure and landed here at planDisney with your question!
Lauren, can I tell you the number one thing I want to do at
Walt Disney World Resort the next time I visit? It's riding a space elevator through the stars and dining at
Space 220 Lounge aboard the Centauri Space Station! This galactic setting nestled in
EPCOT seems like the most incredible experience with truly stellar food and drinks.
Space 220 Lounge is a slightly different experience from
Space 220 Restaurant. While Space 220 Restaurant offers prix-fixe meal options for lunch and dinner, Space 220 Lounge offers an a la carte menu! This means that you'll be able to only order drinks at Space 220 Lounge if that's what you prefer. For me, I can't wait to try a sample of "Flight Bites" such as the Chicken on Waffle and Astro Deviled Eggs!
Remember, you are able to make your
advance dining reservations 60 days prior to your trip! And even better, if you're staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, you'll be able to make dining reservations 60 days prior to your trip for the entire length of your stay (up to 10 days). Since this is one of the most popular reservations, I'd make sure to try and book this reservation first!
Lauren, I'm sending you all the faith, trust, and pixie dust as you dine among the stars during your next vacation to Walt Disney World Resort. If you have any other questions, please fly our way again! After all, you've got a friend in me.
Have a great voyage!
Michelle
