Hi Kathy! Welcome to planDisney.
Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is coming up at the
most merry and magical time of the year! Late November is one of my favorite times for a visit because of the warm days and cooler nights - plus, earlier sunsets mean I can enjoy the nighttime ambiance in the theme parks, which is my very favorite. Whether it's neon Pluto wagging his tail in Disney's Hollywood Studios or fairies in the trees at Magic Kingdom Park or the all-new
Beacons of Magic in the theme parks - the Disney Parks after dark are just stunning. You'll be there before you know it!
For fire code reasons, hotplates and other small appliances brought from home are not allowed in
Disney Resorts Collection hotel rooms. I'm not sure which hotel you'll be calling home during your vacation, but I'm happy to report that you will find toasters and microwaves for heating food at most hotel Quick-Service dining locations. Many Guests, myself included, order groceries to their resort hotel rooms. It's a budget-friendly way to make sure everyone gets a good breakfast, have snacks for your park bag, or, if you have a picky kiddo like I do, pack meals they will actually eat while you dine at a restaurant. My dear friend
Ashley explains the ins and outs of ordering groceries to your Disney hotel room in this helpful answer.
