    Are you allowed to use your dining package after you check out of your hotel? We will be visiting Animal Kingdom next Thursday and then heading back home in the evening but would like to use one of our table service meals for lunch that day.

    Your Walt Disney Resort vacation is just around the corner!  I'm so excited for you!

    I have great news for you, Monica.  All of your Disney Dining Plan entitlements are good through midnight of the day you check out of your Resort hotel, so if you check out in the morning and visit Disney's Animal Kingdom Park that day, you will still be able to use your Disney Dining Plan for your lunch as long as you still have credits remaining.  

    The Disney Dining Plan adds so much flexibility to planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation, and being able to choose from so many wonderful restaurants only means your vacation will not only be fun, but also delicious!  One Disney Parks Moms Panel tip for you is that if you happen to have any snack credits left over, definitely stop by the nearest shopping location to purchase some wonderful "to-go" snacks. My very favorite is the Mickey Rice Krispy Treat dipped in chocolate. Mmm... I love enjoying a taste of the Walt Disney World Resort even once I've returned home, or they also make fantastic gifts to share with friends and family.
