Are you allowed to bring water, in bottles, into the park?

Absolutely.  You can also re-fill the bottles at any of the drinking fountains, or better yet with ice water for free at any of the counter service restaurants.

Some people don't like the taste of the water in Orlando, but I have never noticed a bad taste.  If you are sensitive or very picky about that, you might consider bringing some type of lemonade, tea, etc mix pouches to add to the water and cover up the taste.

Of course they also sell bottled water in the parks, but I personally try to remember to bring at least one water bottle with us into the parks, as it can save a decent amount of money (vs. buying the bottled water).

    Hope that helps.
