Are you allowed to bring wagons to all of the parks for the kids?

Unfortunately not. The only wheeled vehicles allowed into the parks are strollers, wheelchairs, ECVs, and mobility assistance devices for the physically impaired. Other wheeled items including wagons, coolers, and shoes with wheels (like Heelies) are not permitted.

Hope that helps you plan your trip.
