Hiya friend! Thanks for visiting planDisney.
Wagons are
prohibited at Disneyland Resort, regardless of their dimensions. If you're seeking a medical exemption, those are granted on a case-by-case basis. If you have
specific needs, speak to a Cast Member at security when you arrive. You can also contact a Cast Member via
e-mail about services for Guests with disabilities prior to your arrival. This can be helpful for more than just your wagon request. Disneyland Resort is dedicated to being a welcoming and inclusive destination for all Guests and has many services, guides, and accommodations for families, which can assist in making your visit as easy as possible. I've traveled with family and friends, who have used some of these services, and it made our trips surprisingly seamless.
Outside of an exception, you'll need to either bring a stroller that meets the guidelines for entry or rent a stroller. We keep a simple umbrella stroller for park days which is easy to move through crowds and to park in a tight spot when my kids hop out to enjoy an Attraction. If you prefer to avoid the hassle of bringing a stroller from home or don't have one that meets the current guidelines, you can also rent.
There are two rental options: Daily
rentals are available outside the Disneyland Park entrance and length-of-stay
rentals can be reserved through Scooterbug, Disney's featured provider. Prices and terms are subject to change. We've gone with Scooterbug for both single and double stroller rentals, and the strollers have always been clean and in good working order.
Whatever you decide, I think a stroller is an important part of a successful park day. Our boys are well past using a stroller outside of Disneyland Resort, but little feet really do wear out after a long day of fun.
I hope this helps.
