Are we allowed to bring sack lunches into the parks? TIA!

Hello there, Sara! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We appreciate you taking the time to stop by and a question about your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort!

There are so many fabulous dining locations at Walt Disney World Resort, I love planning my own family's meals around which type of cuisine we'd like to sample! That being said, planning multiple meals while visiting the theme parks is not always feasible. Whether you're trying to wrangle multiple children or would like to fit in as many attractions as physically possible, sometimes the best plan is to not plan on dining inside the park at all!

Fortunately, Guests are welcome to bring packed lunches into the theme parks with them whenever they visit! The only prohibited items inside the theme parks you may need to consider are glass containers and loose ice. If you need to keep your packed food chilled, I would highly recommend bringing reusable ice packs. This way, you can just refreeze your ice packs when finished with them and reuse them the following day!

When packing my own family's meals, I will sometimes plan on picking up side items from a Quick Service Dining Location. This gives my family the opportunity to have something warm with our packed meals and also leaves less for us to carry throughout the day!

Have fun continuing to plan for your vacation to Walt Disney World Resort! Please let us know if we can answer any other questions for you!
