Hi Keela,
Welcome aboard planDisney! Thanks for sailing by with your question. I have traveled with something similar to what you describe, so I'm happy to offer some advice.
Items such as
protein and magnesium powders may be brought onboard; however, they must be in original, sealed packaging. So, if TSA has opened it, you cannot bring it onboard. You could consider packing it in your checked suitcase or ensuring that you have it sealed in its original packaging in your carry-on during your air travel. In my experience, if it is sealed and in the original packaging label, it will help you make it through TSA without it needing to be opened. Keela, please remember that all items must either be consumed before returning to your home port or remain unopened.
Keela, an alternative option might be the
Senses Juice Bar near
Senses Spa & Salon on Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy. The juice bar offers juice beverages that can be supplemented with protein and vitamin infusions. These drinks are available for a nominal fee, and they are delicious! They are a perfect way to begin or end a great workout in the
Fitness Center.
Another option to consider for a morning workout boost is stopping by
Cove Café, located on each of the ships. This magical adult-only oasis offers several beverages that might interest you, including Core Power and Fitt Frappe brand protein shakes (availability subject to change).
I enjoy working out on my Disney Cruise Line vacations, Keela. There is nothing like looking out on the gorgeous water while working up a sweat! I hope this information is helpful to you. Please let us know if you have other questions!
Wishing you many magical memories,
Shannon
